"Gratitude and reverence in all things mother earth, have become my personal life mission statement-without it, i dont know who I would be....Im so blessed to be doing what I do... always in awe of the individual and natural design of each single flower- they feed my soul and I never tire of their spirit" Susan Foy

Special thanks to all my brides and their photographers for supplying photos-I usually see you on your way to hair and make-up so it's been a pleasure to see you in all your glory.

Crystal and David 10.24.09

I loved this couple- when we first met for consult, due to the fact I was slightly slap-happy, a playful banter started and continued throughout. Rarely do I interact much with the  bride AND the groom-but David was involved throughout the process. They were very hands on and created most of their ceremony and reception decor. Their vision reflected the couple as a whole and was one of the most personalized weddings I have ever done. I forsee a long and happy future for them.  These great photos taken by Neysa Ruhl neysaruhl.com

Crystal and David chose not to have a bridal party-just the two of them
which I found to be extremely personal and romantic. I think that union
is reflective in this photo.

He looks nice enough, doesn't he?.....

They created intimate lighting in a historical chapel in Montgomery. They made from scratch this
great pergula dripping with votive candles they wired by hand. Crystal  painstakingly created wisteria trees made of white tissue to stand on either side of the altar. Cylinder vases with river rocks and willow held floating candles aligned with the pews for aisle decor.

The table pieces were filled with green and white dedrobium orchids with curly willow and hanging votives.  The long banquet table setting was loaded with canning jars and candles.

Hand made crystal and ribbon streamers hung dramatically from the porch ceiling at Krippendorf Lodge.  Hand made curtains enclosed the porch to create an intimate feel.

They even provided a photo booth for their guests to express themselves.

Crystal's bouquet was elegant with white hydrangea, roses and accents of green cymbidium orchids.

Thanks, guys for being such an absolute pleasure to work with! I know I was a little skeptical
of all your "creative projects" but I was more than impressed!
