"Gratitude and reverence in all things mother earth, have become my personal life mission statement-without it, i dont know who I would be....Im so blessed to be doing what I do... always in awe of the individual and natural design of each single flower- they feed my soul and I never tire of their spirit" Susan Foy

Special thanks to all my brides and their photographers for supplying photos-I usually see you on your way to hair and make-up so it's been a pleasure to see you in all your glory.

Leslie and Brandon 10.30.09

I looked forward to this wedding all year.  Leslie and I met briefly while I was on a wedding set up at Verdin Bell Event Center.  When she booked her wedding there, she gave me a call.  She lives in New York and we began a nine month long distance relationship to create the vision for her wedding.  Being in the fashion industry, Leslie had some very specific ideas of what she wanted. Her key words to describe her vision were "darkly romantic"  and "Timothy Burton's Corpse Bride".  Gotta love that-especially since her wedding was the day before Halloween.  Although it changed slightly and wasn't as haunting as originally inspired-the use of hanging amaranthus, candleabras, hanging votives, manzanita branches, blood red roses, orchids, spanish moss and vintage lace created a mood that thrived in the historical Verdin Bell Event Center.  These pics shot by Tine Hoffman tmphotography.net showcase her unique point of view.

Leslie's incredible style, flair and personality are reflected in every shot.

Brandon is quite the model himself.....
The bride carried a long stemmed bouquet with callas, dedrobium orchids, roses and hydrangea with accents of green hanging amaranthus and long vintage lace streamers.  Her girls carried smaller version bouquets of the bride with deep red roses, red mini callas, orchids and dahlias.

Classic Tine photo, gotta love that

                                                Looks like an album cover!

The guys enjoyed beverages in the barber shop- but apparently the barber was upset when
they left-check him out in the window!

The aisles were adorned with large pieces holding manzanita branches, orchid and hanging votives

The best part of Verdin Bell, you can light all the candles you want!

Half the table pieces were filled with curly willow, orchid sprays, hanging
votives and accented with red roses and spanish moss-

The other tables held 3 piece cylinder vases with floating candles and burgandy orchids
(not shown) each table was dressed with black runners with lace overlay.

The cake was dressed to the nines!

Love Verdin Bell  belleventcentre.com(contact Kathy King-she's great) Thanks ,Tine for these great shots and thanks
